The website pays special attention to secure the Competitors' and Hikers' personal data!

The registered User bears responsibility for the veracity of data (s)he entered, therefore it is recorded by the website.

Personal data

During registration, identification on the data sheet is done on the basis of the following fields:

1. Public fields:

Full name *
Nickname
Gender *
Country *
Town *
Sports Club

2. Partly public fields, which cn be seen only after logging in.

Name at birth *

3. Not public fields, which can only be seen by the user of the Account (who the sportsperson belongs to) and the organisers.

Filling in the fields marked with * is compulsory, those with frequent name (e.g. Smith, Taylor ...) it is advised to give the full date of birth as well IN EACH CASE!

Appearance in lists

Age group instead of year of birth: Visitors can see the sportsperson's age group instead of his/her year of birth. Users - after logging in - can see the year of birth.
Partial results list: Visitors can see those sportspeople who passed te finish line. Users - after logging in - can also see each sportsperson with their status (DNS - did not start, DNF - did not finish, DSQ - disqualified).
