Sportspeople's Privacy Policy

The website pays special attention to secure the Competitors' and Hikers' personal data!

The registered User bears responsibility for the veracity of data (s)he entered, therefore it is recorded by the website.

Organizer's Data Transfer Statement

Each User, when entering a Sportsperson on the website, takes note of the following:

The Account and Sportsperson data, which is stored in the user account database on this website by the data manager ONDEPU Webfejlesztő és Marketing Kft. (H-2672 Hugyag, Kossuth Lajos út 33.), will be handed over partially to the selected event organizer (see INFO panel), as data processor. The scope of data transferred by the data manager is the following:

User name/company name
User's email address
User's telephone number
User's billing address*
Name of entered sportsperson(s)**
Gender of entered sportsperson(s)**
Date of birth of entered sportsperson(s)**
Category of entered sportsperson(s)**

* Optional: in case the organizer is obliged to set out an invoice, or if the User requests an invoice during the entry process.
** If the organizer contracts with an external firm, the organizer is entitled to transfer the sportspeople's data necessary for processing the results exclusively.

The nature and purpose of the data processing activity carried out by the data processor is the entry administration and the results processing with regard to the competition or hike.

SimplePay Data Transfer Statement

Each User, when makes his/her payment via SimplePay service, takes note of the following:

(H-2672 Hugyag, Kossuth Lajos út 33.), will be handed over partially to OTP Mobil Kft. (H-1093 Budapest, Közraktár u. 30-32.), as data processor. The scope of data transferred by the data manager is the following:

User's email address
User's telephone number
User's ~~billing address~~ *
Name of entered sportsperson(s)
Enrty ID: RL code

* In the preregistration period the billing data can also be modified in the website after the payment transaction has been completed, therefore it is not transferred.
